Our classes run from 6:30 am to 8 p.m. daily with varying levels of yoga for our students including Intro to Power Yoga, Intro to Heated Power Yoga, Heated Power Yoga with Weights, Hot Power Fusion, Heated Power Yoga and Yoga Pilates.
